國(guó)際道教論壇南岳宣言
大道無(wú)名，清靜自然；有教玄奧，應(yīng)物順天；惟道為尊，以德為貴；濟(jì)世利民，歷久彌新。
當(dāng)今世界，科技發(fā)展，文明日進(jìn)。然人類貪欲叢生，攫取無(wú)度；彼此爭(zhēng)斗殺伐，仇怨難息。致社會(huì)貧富懸殊，矛盾重重；自然生態(tài)紊亂，陰陽(yáng)失衡。
今辛卯秋月之吉，海內(nèi)外高道大德、各界善士匯聚衡山之麓、湘水之濱，同沐仙山清新之靈氣，共享南岳厚重之人文。承續(xù)丁亥季春國(guó)際道德經(jīng)論壇之余音嘉韻，闡尊道貴德之玄義，倡和諧共生之愿景。欲求身心清靜、人際和順、環(huán)境友好、永續(xù)發(fā)展之良方。
論壇談古論今，歷時(shí)三日；群賢辯疑求真，達(dá)成共識(shí)：
縱無(wú)節(jié)制之欲，實(shí)自然失序之根；謀無(wú)限度之利，乃人類相害之源。世人因之迷失自我，脫離大道。
須知天之道利而不害，圣人之道為而不爭(zhēng)。抱樸守真可獲心靈祥寧，貴生樂(lè)生方得幸福人生，道法自然將促永續(xù)發(fā)展，齊同慈愛(ài)必致共同繁榮。
理應(yīng)內(nèi)靜人心，反觀自我，外順自然，善應(yīng)萬(wàn)物，損有余而補(bǔ)不足，行謙讓而止紛爭(zhēng)。力促天人之和諧，共致世界之和平。
尊道而為，天清地寧；
貴德以行，萬(wàn)物相生。
執(zhí)古之道，御今之有。
尊道貴德，和諧共生！
The Greatest Tao is nameless, tranquil and natural; there are teachings of the mysteries, that show us how to follow the way of Heaven in our every action. Only the Tao holds the position of greatest respect, only Virtue is honoured above all; to redeem the world and benefit its peoples, from the depths of history to modern times.
In the world at present, science and technology develop alongside daily advances in civilization. At the same time, the desires of mankind grow unchecked, the urge to take runs to excess; as people fight each other for personal gain, it becomes ever more difficult to reconcile their mutual grievances. Eventually the distance between rich and poor grows ever greater, and conflicts grow rife; the natural world is disturbed and the forces of Yin and Yang fall into a state of imbalance.
This year (2011), the year of Xin Mao, in the auspicious season of Autumn, followers of the Tao and Virtue converge together with benevolent individuals from all walks of life at the foot of Heng Mountain, by the shores of the Xiang River, to be bathed in the refreshing ambience of the sacred mountain and share in the profound civilization of China’s Southern Sacred Peak. With the last notes of the International Tao Te Ching Forum held in the Spring of the year of Ding Hai(2007), yet to fade, interpreting the profundities of respecting the Tao and honoring Virtue, voicing our wish for harmonious co-existence. We seek a way to achieve serenity of body and mind, peaceable relationships, a friendly environment and sustainable development.
The forum considers the past whilst discussing the future, for a period of three days; a group of elite minds will raise questions in pursuit of truth, reaching a common ground of understanding:
Giving vent to unrestrained desires is the true root of disorder in nature; seeking unlimited profit is the source of strife between people. For such reasons the people of the world have become lost and strayed far from the Great Tao.
One must know that the Tao of Heaven benefits without harming, that the Tao of the sage man accomplishes without striving. By adhering to simplicity and truth one may achieve spiritual peace, by honoring and rejoicing in life one gains a happy life; when the Tao follows nature, we draw closer to the goal of sustainable development, by joining together in benevolent and charitable love we will share in prosperity.
We ought to quiet the mind and reflect upon the self, to follow the path of nature and act kindly towards all things, to diminish the excessive and replenish the lacking, to give way to others and cease all struggles. Using our strength to promote harmony between nature and mankind, working together for peace on earth.
Acting out of respect for the Tao,
Heaven and Earth are at peace;
Acting with honor towards Virtue,
all things learn to live together.
Upholding the Tao of the ages,
as we face the present.
Respect the Tao and honor Virtue
for harmonious co-existence.
王作安局長(zhǎng)在國(guó)際道教論壇閉幕式上的致辭
各位高道，各位朋友：
本次國(guó)際道教論壇即將閉幕。在這短短的三天時(shí)間里，我們共同欣賞了道蘊(yùn)深厚、仙樂(lè)飄飄的文藝演出，聆聽(tīng)了言真意遠(yuǎn)、妙語(yǔ)聯(lián)珠的代表發(fā)言，分享了異彩紛呈、機(jī)鋒靈動(dòng)的電視論壇。來(lái)自東方西方、三教諸家、兩岸四地、華夏五岳、世界各地的高道賢達(dá)，齊聚一堂，談玄論道，開(kāi)顯道教古老而又現(xiàn)代的哲思，啟發(fā)解決人類現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題的智慧，可謂“八仙過(guò)海，各顯奇能”。
中國(guó)政府對(duì)論壇的舉辦高度重視，全國(guó)政協(xié)賈慶林主席發(fā)來(lái)賀信，國(guó)務(wù)院回良玉副總理表示祝賀，中宣部劉云山部長(zhǎng)宣布開(kāi)幕，全國(guó)政協(xié)杜青林副主席為開(kāi)幕式致辭。承辦方湖南組委會(huì)做了大量艱苦細(xì)致的工作，湖南省人大周強(qiáng)主任、省政府徐守盛省長(zhǎng)出席了論壇。來(lái)自內(nèi)地、香港、澳門(mén)、臺(tái)灣以及世界各國(guó)的道教界人士和朋友們，鼎力支持，共襄盛舉。大家的共同參與和努力，成就了論壇的圓滿。在此，我謹(jǐn)代表中華宗教文化交流協(xié)會(huì)，對(duì)所有關(guān)心、支持、參與論壇的朋友們，致以崇高的敬意和衷心的感謝！
本次國(guó)際道教論壇，有來(lái)自23個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的200位高道大德、專家學(xué)者和知名人士出席會(huì)議。與會(huì)代表從道教文化內(nèi)涵、當(dāng)代功用、發(fā)展愿景等視角，交流切磋，互相發(fā)明，闡釋了道教基本教義在新的時(shí)代的應(yīng)用和價(jià)值，體現(xiàn)了道教界對(duì)當(dāng)今世界和現(xiàn)實(shí)人生的高度關(guān)注，表達(dá)了道教界在化解現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題中發(fā)揮積極作用的愿望和努力?？梢哉f(shuō)，整個(gè)論壇時(shí)間緊湊，內(nèi)容充實(shí)，形式多樣，成果豐碩，達(dá)到了預(yù)期效果，留下了深刻記憶，必將對(duì)道教的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)影響。
“尊道貴德”是道教的核心教義，“和諧共生”是人類的共同追求?！白鸬蕾F德”的思想啟發(fā)我們：要重視“道法自然”，尊重客觀規(guī)律，順應(yīng)自然法則，避免過(guò)度攫取和急功近利，注重全面協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展；要重視“抱樸守真”，放下過(guò)分貪欲，回歸心靈本真，不斷提升人的自我修養(yǎng)；要重視“貴生樂(lè)生”，尊重生命價(jià)值，堅(jiān)持以人為本，致力于謀求人類的真正幸福；要重視“齊同慈愛(ài)”，擯棄非此即彼、唯我獨(dú)尊的二元對(duì)立思維，求同存異，平等互助，努力實(shí)現(xiàn)世界的多元共存與合作共贏。這樣，我們才可能實(shí)現(xiàn)人與自然和諧、人與社會(huì)和諧、人的身心和諧，達(dá)到不同民族、不同文化“和諧共生”的理想狀態(tài)。
中國(guó)是一個(gè)多民族、多宗教的國(guó)家。中國(guó)政府實(shí)行宗教信仰自由政策。中國(guó)各宗教積極探索適應(yīng)社會(huì)、服務(wù)社會(huì)的途徑和渠道，努力將自身的發(fā)展與中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)結(jié)合起來(lái)，取得了可喜的成績(jī)。古老的中國(guó)道教與其他宗教同行并進(jìn)，因應(yīng)社會(huì)需要，順應(yīng)時(shí)代潮流，闡釋教義精髓，融入現(xiàn)代社會(huì)，大力開(kāi)展文化、慈善、環(huán)保等方面的公益事業(yè)，加強(qiáng)對(duì)外交流與國(guó)際合作，在促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展、維護(hù)社會(huì)和諧穩(wěn)定中發(fā)揮了積極的作用。
當(dāng)前，中國(guó)正在大力推動(dòng)社會(huì)主義文化大發(fā)展大繁榮，為包括道教文化在內(nèi)的中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化煥發(fā)光彩、奉獻(xiàn)社會(huì)提供了難得的歷史機(jī)遇。包括道教在內(nèi)的宗教界，要珍惜機(jī)遇，順勢(shì)而為，進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮自身獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)，更加積極地投入到推動(dòng)科學(xué)發(fā)展、促進(jìn)社會(huì)和諧，實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的歷史實(shí)踐中去。
文化交流是溝通各國(guó)人民心靈的橋梁和紐帶。交流增進(jìn)理解，理解促進(jìn)和諧。中國(guó)國(guó)家宗教局和中華宗教文化交流協(xié)會(huì)將一如既往地支持道教界在相互尊重、平等友好的基礎(chǔ)上開(kāi)展國(guó)際交流合作，繼續(xù)為不同宗教、不同文明之間的深入交流對(duì)話、探討和諧之道架設(shè)橋梁，搭建平臺(tái)。
各位高道，各位朋友：
當(dāng)今世界，和平、發(fā)展、合作仍然是時(shí)代潮流，但人類的和平與發(fā)展也面臨諸多挑戰(zhàn)。共同分享發(fā)展機(jī)遇，共同應(yīng)對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)挑戰(zhàn)，推動(dòng)建設(shè)持久和平、共同繁榮的和諧世界，是各國(guó)人民的強(qiáng)烈愿望。讓我們攜起手來(lái)，立尊道貴德之旨，發(fā)和諧共生之愿，為促進(jìn)文化交流、實(shí)現(xiàn)共同發(fā)展、維護(hù)世界和平作出新的更大貢獻(xiàn)！
